Quality management is a recent term aims to continuously improve an institute’s performance to meet rather to exceed its stakeholders’ requirements. Therefore, quality is directly related to the customer’s perspective.
Stakeholders’ (customers, employees, and partners) satisfaction can be achieved if we anticipate and meet their requirements. They judge our product or service quality through a comparison between the perceived quality and the expected quality. Hence, we should strive to provide them a product or service with quality standards higher than their expectations.
