Certified Professional in Process Improvement (CPPI)

 

A process is the heart of any business. It is different activities interconnected and related to each other to deliver a service or product to customers. Process improvement is to enhance the quality of process output and get the desired output by identifying and removing the root causes of defects and eliminating variability in business processes.

 

The Certified Professional in Process Improvement (CPPI) is a professional who can conduct process improvement projects and solve business and quality problems. A CPPI uses a set of process improvement tools, techniques, and statistical methods to achieve process improvement project objectives.

 

The next "Certified Professional in Process Improvement (CPPI)" training program is scheduled to start as follows:

Training Approach: ONLINE live and interactive using the Zoom platform. This program can be delivered in-class (face to face) for a certain group or specific company either inside or outside Jordan.

 

Fees: program fees are USD800 or JD550 and exam fees are JD160. JAQM supports individuals who invest in themselves, so, JAQM offers a discount of 10% on the program fees and a free certification exam for individuals. Accordingly, program fees are only JD495 with free certification exam for individuals. Discounts are not applicable for organizations’ delegates.
