Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

A key performance indicator (KPI) is a metric an organization uses to determine how well it meets its strategic goals and objectives. KPIs are used to measure the success of an organization or specific project. KPIs are used to track progress towards specific business goals, objectives, and targets, and to identify areas for improvement.

 

KPIs can be applied to many different areas of an organization, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. They are typically chosen based on their relevance to the organization's overall strategy and objectives, and should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound.

 

 

Date: Recordings will be available for a week from the registration date.

Time: A participant can watch the recordings at any time during the week.

 

 

Fees: The usual fees for the live workshop are JD50. But JAQM offers a discount of 50% for the prerecorded workshops. So, the fees will only be JD25.
