Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB) must know how to integrate Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for a process improvement regardless it is a production process or a service process, and then to be able to better meet a customer expectations and achieve the organizational objectives.

 

Yellow Belts may often be responsible for running process improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training provides the participants with the required tools to be able to improve a business process and contribute to a company by playing a supportive role in a larger Six Sigma Projects. Yellow belts can gather the correct data and enable other employees to gain knowledge and experience in the problem-solving process.

 

The next "Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB)" training course is scheduled to start as follows:

Training Approach: ONLINE live and interactive.

 

Fees: This course will be presented using both training approaches, in-person or online live. Course fees for in-person attendance are JD300, and the certification exam fees are JD125. So, the total fees for in-person attendance are JD425 including the certification exam. As JAQM supports its clients, JAQM will offer a discount of 30% for online live attendance for individuals and for organizations who have two participants or more. Accordingly, the total fees for online attendance will only be JD297 including the certification exam.
