It is well known that “what you can’t measure you can’t improve”. Quality professionals should be skilled in data analysis to be able to improve business processes output and, in the end, improve their business performance.

 

Manual data analysis is no longer valid, so quality professionals should learn and master some statistical software applications such as excel or Minitab to get quick and accurate results.
