BPR: Business Process Reengineering

 

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) means dramatic change, redesign, and improvement of a business process at an organization either production or service process. BPR can impact every aspect of how we conduct business today.

 

Successful BPR can result in enormous reductions in cost and time. It can also create substantial improvements in quality, customer service, or other business objectives. Reengineering can help an organization stay on top or transform into an effective competitor.

 

Generally, BPR involves discovering how business processes currently operate, how to redesign these processes to eliminate waste and redundant efforts, improve efficiency, and how to implement the process changes in order to gain competitiveness.

 

The next "BPR: Business Process Reengineering" training course is scheduled to start as follows:

Time: 6:30 - 9:30 pm Jordan time

Training Approach: This course will be provided on both training options. Online or In-Class. Choose in the registration form the training option you prefer.

 

Fees: Program fees are JD350. JAQM offers different discounts based on the training approach as follows:

 

• Online training using the zoom platform.

 

Discount for this option is 15% on the course fees for individulas. Accordingly, the fees for the online option is JD297. Discount is not applicable for organizations’ delegates unless they have three participants or more.

 

• In-Class (Face to Face) training.

 

Discount for this option is 5% on the course fees. Accordingly, the fees for the in-class option is JD332. Discount is not applicable for organizations’ delegates unless they have three participants or more.
